Updating the original review: I was sent a replacement that didn't break and have had it for a few weeks now. The device does not stay on the tablet wherever I put it. Even where my snake can't hold on but the slightest touch seems unsettling. A sticky pad is clearly not the best option as it can cause problems for my snake if the sticky residue gets stuck to its scales. All in all not a bad product as it does what it is supposed to do apart from not sticking to the glass. Not the easiest to read as it can be a bit too easy to read at times, but the sticky pad that comes with it honestly really sucks. Honestly it's not worth the price when I can get the best for just a few dollars more but much better quality. Wonderful customer service from the sellers and thank you for being willing to send a replacement. At first I liked it, but it's only been 3 days and it's already broken. I have not moved or touched it since it was placed in my snake terrarium. I got home from work and noticed that the back is still stuck with the adhesive pad, but I can't get it to stay closed anymore and it won't turn on due to the batteries not being held in place will. I was a little upset that I bought this and spent as much as I did only to have it break after 3 days and had to be replaced.
