Review on Wintchuk Collar Padded Harness Pulling by Carmen Rosean

I do not have a clip. It fits loosely around her snout with a ring through the ring so it tightens when she pulls, but when she's not pulling it's loose enough for her to shake off. There is a clip in the instructions in the ad, some of the photos are not. I think I'll have to install some sort of clamp myself, but this is annoying. I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars. Even though I was too big, I took my pup for a walk and it was the best walk ever. Fast, and she ignored minor distractions. We had two major distractions (other dogs). She slipped out of him and bucked. Unfortunately I bought a smaller one (with a collar) but it's too small. Send it back. If I can get a medium one with a clip I'll buy it because even the oversized one is great. I just need it tighter for big distractions.
