I have two other inverted umbrellas from MRTLLOA that are standard size and absolutely love them! Today I received my smaller and portable inverted umbrella to keep in the car. The problem is that I can’t pull the body of it back down into the handle. When I push the button it opens quickly and with a lot of force. When you want to put it away it also snaps into the inverted position very forcefully. The problem is I can’t push the handle back into the umbrella. I’m pretty strong but it’s too challenging for an umbrella. Could the band that moves the mechanism be too tight? Not sure I can keep it. 😩
