Great skirt to celebrate Mickey & Minnie's Bday!
This skirt was great with the exception of a few things. 1.The elastic was very loose, if it wasn't for my Latina hips it might have fallen off. 2. The fabric under the tulle does not have a stretch to it, it's more like a satin. Which it beautiful but I'm a PreK teacher ans I already have a rip in it just from squatting to help a child. Those are the reasons I didn't give it a 5 Stars.
- The knee-length hemline is appropriate for traditional and conservative events
- The skirt may require special accessories to complete the look
