I use these to make small name tags for my own roses and for roses that I grow to sell at my local botanical garden. In most cases, labels last for years under the influence of rain, wind, sun, fluctuating temperatures - typical weather in northern Alabama. I punch a hole in one end and use green insulated garden wire to (loosely) attach the tag to the rose. Sometimes the labels come off or fade, but I assume it's because I didn't squeeze the sheets well. Since I can cut sheets, I usually make several labels with a third of a pack, which makes it easier to control a bunch of small labels that tend to "float" up when I put down the top sheet. instead of trying to control the entire hand.
