Everything was working fine for about a month, but just a few days ago we started having problems. This will only change the TV to antenna 77 (don't know what it is or why). I haven't had a chance to call customer service and try to get help so I can't verify customer service. And I really can't tell if it's a controller malfunction as my 3 year old tried to use it just before we started having problems so there's a chance he somehow lost control unintentionally. But when it worked, it was very good. My old one had a HULU button that has now become a Go MOB button. I couldn't get the keyboard to always work on Netflix either, so we initially bought a controller so we could watch Netflix with our TV app. Hope that helps. I'll update after speaking to support! ;)
