Review on πŸ‘£ CURAD Performance Series Ironman Ankle Support – Removable Stays, Adjustable Brace for Right or Left Ankle, Mild to Moderate Sprains by Chris Litton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fairly good support, no discomfort when wearing

First of all, I'm disappointed that my brace isn't blue and black. I thought it would match the picture on the box which looks like a blue wave to show how the braces support, not the color of the braces, well not a good reason to take off a star. This was probably the easiest bracket to understand. I have a few and am never sure how to put my foot on the ones you have to slide on and how the bandages go. It was easy. No instructions are required, there is a hole for the heel. You put your heel in, then buckle your foot, tighten the ankle strap, wrap around the side support straps, and you're done. I've aggravated a lifelong injury by re-landing my foot and twisting my left ankle: AGAIN for the 100th time in my life! Aside from the usual heat and cold packs, I usually wear a support band for a few weeks after a flare-up and get impatient because it never provides good enough support. has the meaning. My ankles weren't allowed to turn a bit and the swelling went down overnight. A simple design change, a wider plate made a difference.

Pros
  • DETACHABLE PLASTIC SUPPORTS: Rigid supports provide increased ankle stability on either side
Cons
  • Expensive
