Great for getting information through various internal & external channels

I like that they are able to pull data from different sources, which helps them provide insights across many functions of an organization at once - including recruiting! They also have some really great reports you can use as well if your interested in using it outside of HRIS (which was what we were looking into). Nothing so far has been anything i dislike about this product but everything seems very easy going overall. If there's something better out now then please let me know because right off hand this looks pretty good. We've used PII before when doing our own employee surveys and realized how much more accurate those answers could be compared to self-reporting by employees themselves. It helped us get insight into where people felt most comfortable working or not feeling too busy etc., all without having someone else ask questions directly.

Pros
  • You're basically getting instant feedback for any question asked through their platform along with lots o' analytics & reporting capabilities built around user satisfaction/displeasure metrics.etc..as opposed just asking everyone individually..lol : ) This definitely works best within large organizations due do its ability scale up over time instead than needing one person every month / quarter who might actually feel obligated enough after repeated inquiries during these long periods between
