I have never been so disappointed with a product in my life. It's a shame that I can't mention the name here, but let's just call it "The Thingamajig." The packaging was misleading and made it seem like it would be easy to use, but I was wrong. The instructions were complicated and poorly written, and the product itself didn't work as advertised. I tried troubleshooting on my own, but even after hours of frustration, I still couldn't get it to function properly. To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful and seemed annoyed with my inquiries. I never thought I would regret buying "The Thingamajig," but here I am. Save your money and look for a better alternative.
