Front straps won't stay up

I like softness, organic and all that. But the velcro straps won't stay up when the diaper starts to fill and pulls the front of the diaper down causing leakage. I found another brand that I like and it has elastic strips on the front flaps so they don't pull on the diaper.

Pros
