I like that it's easy to use, with excellent customer service if required (which we have received from our IT department). It has an amazing CRM which makes data collection so much easier than using manual entry of info into spreadsheets or databases/CRMs as well! However this can be quite expensive compared to other solutions such as Zoho etc - especially when you are working in Australia where costs here usually cost more per hour worked due to increased hourly rates over UK rate scales. We had been searching around at different scheduling software providers but found none offered everything we needed specifically; including reporting out-of-hours performance metrics back down through time zones via reports! This solution does all those things plus many others too!! Would highly recommend looking closely at features they offer before purchasing anything else because there will always either be something missing within their offering OR your needs may not match exactly what another provider.
