I like this company because they don't test on animals. You don't have to torture animals to create hygiene products, but most other companies do it anyway. I believe I received an expired product and most are better, but the one I received didn't work. The wax didn't actually pull the hair out, but just detached itself from my body and stayed there for several days. It was very sticky until I covered it with baby powder, but it was still messy and uncomfortable for 2-3 days after trying to use it. This is the first time I've tried using wax so I may have gotten it wrong but I don't think so because I followed the instructions.
