Chinese garbage. Stay away from this brand. It has no fuses and still supplies 11 volts to the power outputs, rendering the fuses almost useless. Also, I bought a PowMr charge controller that also doesn't work and I have no customer service to contact. Bought it for my van conversion, I installed it completely. With 10 wires, the hot and negative wires went to my battery. And when I plugged in the light, no fuse in the fuse box. Anyway, the light came on at half brightness. This means that this fuse box works more like a clamp than a fuse box. Edit - disassembled the board, took out the board, LEDs and jumpers and the problem was solved.
