Review on 💧 Efficient Wayne 57719-REL1 RUP160 Oil Free Submersible Multi-Purpose Water Pump - Powerful & Portable in Black by Abdullah Huan

I first bought this pump in 2012 and it lasted until last year (2016). Because it has been working so well for 4 years, I bought the exact same pump on May 17, 2016. I only use it to drain my fish pond in the spring (and summer) and drain the pool cover in the spring. I used it on a fish pond in March 2017 and it worked great but I was a bit late opening the pool and the pump stopped working. It starts, but a ground fault appears. I've tried this on 3 different ground faults throughout the house and the same thing happens. I have written to the company on their website asking for a warranty repair even though it has been 2 weeks since the 1 year I bought it but I have had no response. It's been 2 weeks since I wrote them. I guess I just got lucky the first time, or something changed in their production that lowered their quality. It would be 5 stars if it lasted longer than 2 weeks after the warranty expired. Update: As mentioned in the comments, WAYNE customer service was great and sent me a replacement pump. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The company stands behind its products. Many Thanks
