I'm only giving this 1 star because I feel you have to have the shortest legs (thighs) to fit properly. I ordered an adult medium (and mediums are usually worn: 6ft 175lbs) and they don't fit very snugly, nor does the belt need to fit (to keep the padding in place. In the first picture they are fitted around mine Worn waist ( not too high).Pads, waistband instead of 5 shorts without knee pads.Bought these because I'm starting indoor lacrosse in a week and need knee pads and don't want to bother with a few different protective measures but if you have one "Normal" hip length, knee pads don't protect your knees at all (second photo shows my knee bent, with pads on my knees. This shows how low I would have to "sag" them to cover my knees. I have Gave them 2 stars because the material and stitching work well and i like that the crotch breathes shch Also note: the pads are quite stiff and NOT pre-curved so you need to break them before using the game. But they are made for the hobbit.
