If you need something in this range but don't want to spend a lot, don't hesitate to buy this lens. It's as good, sharp and razor sharp as any lens I've shot with. Ported well to Lightroom and no issues with edits. The 55 seems a little long, but if you're looking for something for outdoors and from afar, it's perfect. I shoot YouTube videos and used this lens on a day trip to an old abandoned house with great results. I also like to use highlight peaking on my Canon RP with this lens. It's fun and worth the cheap cost, not the cheap quality.
