We really liked this toilet paper holder as we wanted a shelf in the bathroom for a tablet, book, phone etc. Unfortunately this product is much better on paper than it is in life. I consider myself quite handy and do a lot of small to medium sized home projects myself, but first of all I found this product to have no instructions. Of course there isn't much detail, but it would be useful to have an indication of the size of the hole to place the anchors. Many of the "pipe" nozzles and end caps are stuck on arrival. I had to bang them on the ground to finally loosen them (and subsequently damage the finish) to unscrew them. Then, after installing the toilet paper holder into the wall myself, I attempted to screw the shelf onto it. When I tried to screw the end cap onto the shelf, the shelf itself broke in two. It seems that although the metal components of this product are strong, the wood they used for the shelf wasn't, it was very light and appeared to be of poor quality. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
