The music box in the Nutcracker doesn't work.
The nutcracker was perfectly packaged but the music box does not work. The bottom piece of metal does not rotate to allow the nutcracker to play its drum. I didn't want to force it so as not to break it. Do you have any tips on how to fix this or do I need a replacement? It was very disappointing when my friend opened it and it didn't work. It's charming and she loved it. Please answer so I know what to do. Thank you!
