Review on Best Times LLC Minutes Hourglass by Tammy Hoeft

I have smaller versions of Happy Glass Timers that range from 1 to 30 minutes. They work great and my young son loves watching them as he can't read the time yet. I often hung them up when he asked for something and I needed more time before I could help him. This product is twice the size and appears to have the same features but has some minor imperfections that have rendered this product completely defective. .Inside there are pieces of glass stuck to the inside. Although initially only a visual problem and aesthetically displeasing, one or more of them have fallen off and are now clogging the sand. More than 30 seconds do not pass without jamming. I cannot determine its accuracy. I can try opening it and removing the glass manually.
