Amazing screen. Feels good and looks great. Great for Windows.

Looks cool. Lightweight and compact. Good aluminum body, comfortable to the touch. The screen is just AMAZING! The best notebook I've ever had! Clear, sharp, bright and with great contrast. Super high resolution. No weird backlight. I LOVE THIS SCREEN! The speed of the N4100's quad-core processor is good for basic tasks and better than I expected given the cost and power consumption. Definitely better than the M3. Battery life was decent at around 3 hours on medium power and brightness settings. Lots of space with a 256GB M.2 drive and it was a fast drive. Unlike the other reviewer, I didn't hear the coil squeak, but maybe my old ears can't hear that high. The PSU's heat setting was warm, but not too hot to melt the plastic. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to support a Linux installation. It was blocked when CSM (Compatibility Support Mode) was set in UEFI BIOS. I tried to dual boot with Ubuntu and/or Mint but couldn't install it even with Secure Boot disabled. So I did the pretty obvious thing - turned it into the CSM. It then crashed and I couldn't get into the UEFI (BIOS) interface. It wouldn't even boot from a bootable USB either. I think the BIOS still has a few issues that need to be updated before it supports Linux. If it supported installing Ubuntu I would give it another star. If it had more battery life I would give it six stars. For this price it still deserves at least four stars. At least. I liked this thing so much that I wanted to order another one and just use it for Windows. Unfortunately they were sold out when I came back to order another one. If you only use this for Windows and don't need extreme battery life, Linux or a touchscreen, you should definitely buy it! It's deadly!
