The variety of sizes is very suitable for what I cook. I sometimes use the smaller one as a flat-bottomed egg wash bowl to coat fish and chicken before frying. The sides are high so the egg doesn't spill around the entire perimeter. The large is used the most, but the medium size is fine for smaller recipes. I'm amazed at how easy they are to clean compared to the aluminum and stainless steel I've used in the past and I will never go back to metal. If they only had clear lids they would be even better, but for the price they still do a good job using only foil. I highly recommend.
