I don't want to just say it works without going into details but it can be difficult as there is no objective data or measurements to present. In short, you can see how it works. 2005 Honda Pilot, over 190,000 miles. In late 2019 the check engine light came on for the first time while driving and went out before I could take it to the shop. to verify. I mentioned this to the mechanic when I brought my car in for service, he checked it out and said it was the catalytic converter and asked me to just watch out and probably not have to do any checks or repairs any time soon. The light went on and off, maybe a few times, but it stayed off most of the time. The car passed an emissions test at the end of 2019 with no problems. In 2020 I haven't driven much all year round due to Covid and working from home for over nine months a year, probably around 300 miles a month. (previously it was 1.3,000-1.5,000 miles per month). The check engine light went on and off and got progressively worse. I bought a code reader and checked it's P420. I kept arguing with my mechanic, he kept saying it probably wasn't worth the trouble or money to have a diagnosis and repair done and if it can happen to the emissions then it should be fine. By the end of the year I was driving 80-90% of the time with the check engine light on. The light went out once, but soon came back on. In December the car passed the emissions test again. When I spoke to the gentleman who did the emissions test about the check engine light, he told me that maybe there might be some kind of cleaner I could use to see if it could fix the problem. This is what prompted me to buy these. During the first bottle of about 16 gallons of gas, the check engine light went off after about 50 miles of driving, didn't go off for about 80 miles, then came on again and stayed on for another 60 or 70 miles, then went off and came on again . just at this point the tank was almost empty (240 miles). Got another tank with no cleaner, after about 30 miles the light went out and now I've got about 150 miles on this tank, it's off. My conclusion is that it is very clear that this purifier works. I plan to get a few more bottles and keep using it until the check engine light finally goes out.
