So I waited a week before checking just to be sure. The taste is a bit minty, not super strong, you get used to it. It lasts quite a while - even after eggs, bacon and coffee at 8am I can still have a slight aftertaste in my mouth if I used it at 7pm the day before. It foams if you hold it in your mouth for about 45 seconds (rinse out after 60 seconds). I spit it out and spit it out a few more times, rinse with water and have no more spitting/foaming issues afterwards. I would like to point out that this probably won't do much if you have very yellow teeth and never whiten them. I just finished a packet of Crest Bright whitening strips 3 days before receiving the mouthwash. I also use an Aquasonic toothbrush, Crest 3D White Glamorous toothpaste and dental floss daily. This mouthwash is a good addition to your daily routine to keep your teeth white after whitening. By itself, it doesn't make your teeth 5 shades whiter. I recommend it to prevent new stains from coffee, soda or blueberries. Packaging - thin plastic, easy to compress. I find it pretty easy to shed, just be extra careful. Update - after a few weeks of use this was a good coffee stain preventative. My teeth look as white as the day I whitened them and I only use it once a day (before bed). I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning. I'm happy with it and will make it a part of my new routine.
