Review on 🍳 Cuisinart 622-30G Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Skillet with Glass Lid, Black by Cassandra Parkins

The item I received was clearly used and was returned. Unfortunately I was on holiday when it arrived and didn't open the box until the return window closed. See photos. The item was obviously heavily used. There are traces of burnt oil all over the bottom and sides of the pan. Looks like rust on the screws holding the handle. From what I can see the coating on the pan is badly worn. I understand that Revain has a generous returns policy but this item should have been treated as a loss and should not have been restocked. The person who had it apparently kept the case and only opened it slightly to use it and then returned it.
