More energy and "mood "
I bought it for my husband (63 years old). I asked him after a few weeks of use if he could tell a difference. He says the first thing he noticed was that he could stand on one leg in the shower without leaning against the wall to wash his feet :-). He also says he felt like he had the "attitude" and energy he had when he was 40. Do gardening with much more energy :-). As for libido, he didn't need much help but says he feels different :-).
