I bought this to connect headphones to connect to 2 devices at the same time. So I was hoping to use this on my phone with headphones and connect that to my police scanner and hear both at the same time. At first I tried to connect it to my phone, but quickly realized that there is no application that receives sound from this connection and passes it to the headphones. So I was finally able to connect to my headphones after several failed attempts. But unfortunately the sound blocked in the headphones and I could only hear the scanner and the music disappeared. The device works and the problem is probably more with the headphones than with this device. The coverage seems pretty good and I can listen from anywhere in the house without having to carry a scanner around.
