The quality seems to be normal, but the cuffs are tight.
These socks would be fine except the cuffs are too tight to be comfortable. They cut off blood flow to my legs and rolling only made the problem worse. If you (or the person you're buying them for) don't have chopsticks, you should choose a brand that better fits the standard foot proportions for that shoe size.
