Sometimes there are lags in the data as it goes to the CRM platform2. Sometimes there is an issue while sending the confirmation emails. It can be resolved if the system is updated. We have integrated the recruitment tool with the CRM platform. It has helped us to save time and money. We have also been able to streamline recruitment activities. I like that it is very customizable, allowing you to set up your own workflows for each candidate type (including emails). There are some things about their mobile app which could be improved; however, this has nothing to do w/ my personal experience working there - just general feedback from others who use the product daily. We were able to get all of our candidates through our application process in less than 2 weeks via emailing them directly after they filled out our survey.
