What a scam! I bought this and it rewound less than 15 tapes before it broke and wouldn't snap or "soft eject" anymore. The only way to use it is by placing a load on it, which means you have to hover over it. Remove the tape before it reaches the end or the motor will keep running and ruin the tape what it did. Even before this, "soft ejection" was barely smooth, and the machine would rewind the tapes too far and too tight, or tear, crumple, or render the tape hopelessly jammed unplayable. Numerous cassettes and their priceless contents have been lost as a result, and the amount of time, money and memories that I can't get back. Horrible, terrible product. Don't buy if you value your cassettes.
