Found broken again
So I got a replacement spool pack as the first set had 2 broken packs. Now the second set of packs has arrived and contains 1 broken spool. For real. I'd love to wrap up all the bad ones and the few remaining good ones and send them back. Or, if that doesn't work, I'll order from someone else and send them all back.
