This lamp is very bright and easy to install. I installed it on the front bumper of my Ford Explorer 06 and it looks and works great. This LED headlight easily doubles my field of view and amount of light while driving with my standard headlights and bulbs. After seeing other reports of people's experiences of water/moisture getting into the LED housing, I took the extra step of getting a can of Flex Seal and applying a bead of sealant around the edges of the LED window to seal it 100% % to seal. From the factory, the plastic lens is held in place by a bunch of hex head screws, and the hex head screws press the plastic tightly against the rubber gasket inside the LED housing. This method is usually effective, but does not provide 100% moisture protection. So far I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it to friends but only if they add a Flex Seal bead or silicone caulk around the outer corners of the plastic LED lens. This will ensure the LED strip will last much longer than normal and there is less chance of water/moisture getting into the LED housing. I've only been using it on my Exploder for a few days so I'll let you know if anything happens to lower my 4 star rating. So far I'd highly recommend it, especially if you need a flat light to fit in a tight space.
