Looks great on wall plates

I originally reported that the Lutron phone jack was very easy to install, but my RJ11 jack disappeared into the jack when I tried to plug it in and didn't install it right, so I gave it a star. After some thought as to why this was happening, I removed the wall plate and phone jack and found that the jack would not lock and was therefore lost. The problem was an installation error on my part. The jack works great and looks great.
