Review on DJS Faucet Glass Rinser: Premium Kitchen πŸ’¦ Sink Accessory for Fast & Efficient Glass Cleaning by Robert Jackson

Any installation difficulties were due to my kitchen configuration

UPDATE I've now tried this on tuna cans, cream cartons and a silicone measuring cup with a top that wasn't the same height all over. Cream packaging - my love! Our disposal instructions state that everything must be clean and dry. I used to pour hot water into a cream jar, drain, then shake well and empty. Then rinse 2 more times. It was a lot easier and saves time and water! I didn't know there were "bottle" washing machines for household use. It's also great for cans prior to recycling and uses less water than just tap water due to the pressure. I looked them up at Revain after finding out that the brand name available at local hardware stores was plastic with a choice of chrome or "stainless steel" colors. My installation difficulties consisted primarily of getting the water valve and fittings under the gauge to reach . For energy efficiency we have a 4 gallon under counter water heater (other hot water requirements use an 'on demand' heater) as well as a commercial grade waste disposal system. As you can see, even after removing the detergents and basket, there isn't much room to maneuver. I didn't remove the rack guides, just put a gasket on top. The second photo is an empty two-story rack that I had to take out and then reinstall to access. The 3rd shows what my closet usually looks like. One downside was that the installation diagram didn't specify the size of the hole that needed to be made. Since my countertop top and rear fender are heavy gauge stainless steel (the only way to have an edge to keep drips from dripping onto the cabinets and onto the floor) it took me more than 1 trip to the hardware store. I first measured 3/4" and bought a drill for that size metal. I returned it when I found the drill shank was too thick for a regular drill. Then I got a step drill from 7/8" to 1 Bought a 1'8" and this made a hole in the metal. I then used a 1/2" drill bit to drill through the wood. To install. Otherwise, you would need to own, borrow, or rent the appropriate tools. For many it would be better that way to pay someone to install I am a fearless but inexperienced woman in my 70s and I have succeeded.
