Review on 16GB Verbatim Store 'n' Stay Nano USB 3.0 Flash Drive - Blue - Model 98709 by Carlos Phillips

The USB metal hole (rectangular case) is a bit larger and off-center compared to my other flash drives and when I tried to insert it into the USB port on mine Plugging in the iMac, I had to apply more pressure than usual. When I tried to remove the flash drive from the connector it got stuck and the blue top (handle?) came off. I had to use pliers to remove the flash drive from my computer's USB port. I put the top back on, but the problem persisted when trying to plug a drive into the ports on my Sabrent USB 3.0 Extender and MacBook Air. Then the electronics fell out of the housing, and dried adhesive can be clearly seen on the underside. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if they're all like that - they have serious quality control issues - but this Verbatim flash drive doesn't even come close to my hardware. Save your $11 and spend it on a better flash drive. I requested a refund from Revain and received a postage paid return label promptly. When I got home after dropping off the package at the post office, Revain had given me a full refund. Excellent customer service!
