snug fit - won't accidentally slide/pull out

As mentioned, it fits the USB port very snugly. The lid came off on the first try. 1/2 the time I use needle nose pliers to remove it from a laptop used for testing/deployment. The packaging suggests it should always stay connected, which is why I bought it - run the operating system (ESXI) on it and kept the internal drives for storage only. The USB ports on the miniserver are so close together and only for cables that I'll want to remove the caps later anyway.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Long delivery time

At first it worked, now it heats up and the car radio does not read.

Works great initially in my Pioneer built in receiver. Looked good and seemed to work well. But I removed it to change the music assortment. Now the receiver won't read them - I keep getting Error 19. Also, this 32GB Verbatim Store n' Stay Nano USB 3.0 feels very hot after being used in both a Pioneer receiver and a computer. I tried this on my 2013 Honda CRV radio and this unit didn't read it either. Oddly, two different PCs will still read it. I've tried reformatting to make sure it's Fat32…

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Ratio set

Not what I expected from Verbatim

The USB metal hole (rectangular case) is a bit larger and off-center compared to my other flash drives and when I tried to insert it into the USB port on mine Plugging in the iMac, I had to apply more pressure than usual. When I tried to remove the flash drive from the connector it got stuck and the blue top (handle?) came off. I had to use pliers to remove the flash drive from my computer's USB port. I put the top back on, but the problem persisted when trying to plug a drive into the ports on

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Negative impression

Died at 10 months on computers and accessories

It was a good flash drive until accidentally unmounted (on a Mac Mini) at 6 months old. Tomorrow would have been 10 months, but it's expired. It is not recognized by any device I connect it to. I used it as extra storage and it plugged into one of the USB ports on my Mac keyboard. It was never removed unless there was a problem with it.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Modern

Don't waste money.

Works great if you don't intend to use it for more than 6 months. That's how long it went on. Now every time you connect it to your computer, it will appear as a new drive and then disconnected. Then it reappears. And then it falls off. This process will repeat for as long as you keep it connected. My data is completely inaccessible. Not at all the quality you would expect from a Verbatim product. I'm going back to SanDisk. I have never had a problem with any of their products.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Not bad

Before plugging it into a USB port, check it carefully! Might not fit!

I bought this laptop to upgrade an old laptop by installing Chromium OS on it which worked great. There was more resistance when inserting the disc, which I think was part of its "store 'n' stay" design. Tested on three laptops. When I tried it on my Lenovo and Dell laptops, it was quite difficult to remove. First and last time I tried this on my HP laptop, see photos, the blue top popped out immediately when I tried to take it off. I couldn't retrieve it from the laptop. I checked the reviews…

Pros
  • Good for many
Cons
  • Some troubles

Not comfortable at all, dangles far away

Slightly disappointed. It's simple, at least as (long) as a San Disk Extreme flash drive (nano) and maybe longer. Its output from the USB port when fully seated and it's quite generous. They will hook into anything and fall out much easier than advertised. I don't know why but it seems like they changed the production to be [even longer] than in the marketing photos and videos. They've gained about half an inch, so they're completely useless unless you're very careful not to bend them or knock…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it says
