Review on 🔩 Ultimate Precision and Durability: Detroit Axle's Steel Control PRESS by Steve Campbell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The item failed after 5 months of light use.

I professionally installed this part in April. It came out 5 months later as I was pulling out of a grocery store parking lot indoors with my wife and kids. If it had happened on the freeway we were about to exit, it could have been catastrophic. He also tore out the tie rod and damaged the fender. It ended up costing me $480 and I haven't even replaced the fender. The truck drives daily on paved roads. I've never been off-road or anything. Too bad I didn't spend the extra money on a quality part. The savings are not worth the risk.
