Review on Voice of Customer Research (VOC Research) by Ellington Gardner

The research questions were clearly defined so that we could tailor them specifically towards what I needed from this study! It is easy enough as well which made it feel like such an efficient process - there are no 'gotcha's here or anything along those lines really :) There isn't much room at all inside each interview box when you're trying not only think about getting your data but also being able give thorough answers without too many distractions around me while doing my job ;) So if they can get rid off some boxes then maybe add another one? That would be great because sometimes i need space between things :D Other than just adding extra blank spaces its good though!! Its very helpful overall since most companies don’t do VOF anymore unless their products require voice recognition software etc.. This helps us understand who wants new features / changes within current ones better instead relying solely upon surveys done over email where people tend.
