Great recovery product. and even gives you an energy boost!
This product is fantastic! Would give 10 stars if it was possible! My wife and I are just starting out in weight training and often experience pain after a hard day. This powder is a godsend! Drink a little before the lift and a large helping during the lift - not only do we feel a lot less pain, but it seems to give us extra energy during the lift. We also have HyStim Pre Workout by Granite which is another fantastic product. We're not on the keto diet, but I don't think it matters, it's still very effective. tl; dr delivers exactly what it promises and we will be customers for a long time!
