If you're buying this for an overshirt, order one size down. If you want this for a jersey, buy 2 sizes down. I'm 5ft 9", 195 with a 43" bust which according to the size chart makes me look tall. I bought the medium based on numerous reviews stating they fit a size up. The medium size is good for training. a shirt, but it's a bit big for a good tank top. Sizing issues aside, the shirt fits quite well and is neither too long nor too short to make a good track or tank top. Seems a little thicker around the neck which I would prefer to work under another tight shirt but goes with everything else.
