British cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch was on Instagram. Her followers call themselves "hinchers" and use the hashtag #hincharmy. It's very exciting for many reasons and I love watching Mrs. Hinch's cleaning stories. Ms Hinch strongly recommends a sponge called Minky, made by Minky MCloth in the UK. They're hard to get overseas because the henchmen buy them all, and we can't get them in the States at all unless we're willing to pay for shipping. which I did out of unhealthy curiosity, so I could compare with similarly shaped sponges that are more readily available here. Hashtag smart guy right? Anyway, I test quite a few different sponges against Milky and the small size of this Scrub-it brand is quickly becoming my number one favorite. They are similar in shape and size (small not large) and I use them everywhere. The non-scratch side cleans my stainless steel stovetop and sink really well, and the microfiber side is my favorite for a variety of mopping tasks like washing kitchen countertops, wiping the fridge, cleaning cabinets, etc. Throw them in the washing machine and even the Tumble dry and they wash very well.
