Pros: Seems to work great for Bosch 800 and lots of downloads. Disadvantages: none. Basically, the product is advertised with the help of Bosch. They put samples and labels on the dishwasher to entice you to buy their product. At first I thought Bosch and Finish were the same company, but they aren't. I received several test bottles of this product in the mail and it worked great: no more water stains or puddles on the bottom (top) of the coffee cups. Sometimes there is some pool, but not enough to not use the product at all. I find I can adjust the amount of Finish Jet-dry per wash to avoid this problem entirely, but I'm not overly concerned about it and I'm against waste.
