I received several test bottles of this product in the mail and it worked great: no more water stains or puddles on the bottom (top) of the coffee cups. Sometimes there is some pool, but not enough to not use the product at all. I find I can adjust the amount of Finish Jet-dry per wash to avoid this problem entirely, but I'm not overly concerned about it and I'm against waste. The glasses really shine and the bowls shine; Stainless steel sequins - as advertised! I fill up about once a month as recommended and found that to be sufficient. The tiny sample bottles were great so I bought this product only to find that it was the same bottle the samples came in but in a very large size. It's an absolutely horribly designed bottle whose sole purpose is to look pretty and cause waste of product - which it does both brilliantly. You will have a hard time refilling without dropping anything without the funnel. Completion Jet Drying: In the age of canning, you should redesign your bottle, or at least the cap/spout, so that the product can be filled properly without splashing. and waste of product with each filling. When this change occurs, the actual product is a 5-star product.
