Zosi Security System I have about 6 months. I had nothing but problems with the DVR freezing and restarting. The support team was helpful at first but then stopped responding to emails, so much for "customer support". In addition, the customer service is in China, so you have to wait 12 hours for an answer to emails. The good - for the price the camera is ok, you should probably get better cables, they are not the highest quality. Bad - about a month after installation the DVR started to freeze and reboot every 1-2 days. I wrote to the support service via email, tried to update the firmware, it did not help. They decided to send a new dashcam but no hard drive, they said just swap from the old to the new one and format it, ok no problem. About a month later same thing, crash and reboot. I emailed customer support, trying to update the firmware, it didn't help, try disconnecting the hard drive, it still failed and rebooted. Ugliness - At first they were helpful, then I emailed customer service with the disk disconnect results. No response, emailed four times in three weeks and no reply. I even offered to refund my money for the dashcam and I will buy another one, still no response. Seems their "customer support" goes that far.
