Review on Slide Anchor Offshore Anchoring Galvanized by Julio Solano

Just bought a 24ft pontoon which prompted me to charter my Danforth 8 times on my first day on the lake with a light breeze in a shallow bay re-anchoring which ruined the fun. After doing a little research I decided to spend the extra money and buy this anchor. I bought a larger one because I didn't want another weekend to be ruined by anchor disappointments and the added expense is minimal. It worked great! I dropped anchor once! And even on a windier day, you don't have to worry anymore! I highly recommend this anchor. Worth every penny! In addition, no chain is required as with other anchors.
