In the beginning it was great. We bought three and only one is still working after 9 months. The other two pairs now only have sound on one side. Update: The company contacted me and replaced two broken pairs. Excellent customer service! My kids love using the buddy jack to connect multiple headphones and listen together. (This doesn't work if you connect regular headphones with no volume limiter at the same time, as the volume is too low on buddy phones or too high on the normal set.) I also like the detachable cord can also be used as an auxiliary cord.
