I bought Chanca Piedra to brew tea for kidney health and found that due to very fine particles in the powder I had no way of filtering out solid particles, my fine mesh strainer let in particles to , and my one-cup paper cone filters clogged as soon as I poured the brew in. Disposable tea bags contain powdered herb and after tying them together I simply toss the bag in a pot of water to boil for 5 minutes. Like any other tea bag, I squeeze the liquid out of the pouch and pour the tea into a cup. If there's a better way to solve the problem of small particles in herbal drinks, I can't think of one.
