Review on 🚗 Upower 4-Inch Inlet Diesel Exhaust Muffler 7x24 Body: Straight Through Stainless Steel Resonator Muffler XS2772 by Shawn Martin

I bought this muffler to replace an MBRP aluminum muffler that was starting to fall apart at the seams. This stainless steel UPower muffler is quite good for 4" MBRP exhaust. The intake/exhaust pipes do not fit the flanges of this muffler at the same depth as the MBRP muffler - they are about 3/4" on either side " fewer. It didn't bother my setup because I could balance it with hangers. It attaches directly to existing MBRP exhaust clamps. This muffler is basically a stainless steel double glazing diesel. It's good build quality. All welds look accurate and have good penetration. Despite double glazing, this muffler is significantly quieter than the MBRP muffler it replaced. It has a nice deep exhaust note and eliminates the annoying "clicky" resonance that the MBRP had. UPower has also eliminated most turbine and scavenging noises, with the exception of a faint whine under the hood. I think this is a very good dampener considering the price. At the moment I'm quite happy with it.
