These cables are NOT 18GB
Just paid the geek team $250 to calibrate my new 82 inch Samsung. They said and showed me that it was not a 4k TV, 4k receiver or 4k XBOX. Those were the cables I just bought. He pulled out his 18GB cable and showed me a 4k Apple TV showing 1080 HDR as the highest option with those cables. When I plugged in my cable and viola, the 4k option popped up immediately. It's the cables that cause bottlenecks. While these cables are cheap, they are NOT worth it if you want a true 4K experience. Period.
