Review on Ringside Free Standing Adjustable Fitness Punching by Alex Tinker

Not enough for sports

I have to say I'm about 6ft 160lbs tall. I hit for speed and accuracy with medium strength and lots of combinations. I didn't just endlessly unload the hooks of power on this thing. Mostly jabs and straight punches. First off, this is the best workout I've ever gotten out of a bag, so I'm sad to give such a bad review. However, I immediately lost weight, gained muscle mass, endurance, etc. The sack fell off on the 42nd lap. Being on my 12th workout, this is my fourth time using the bag. As you can see in the photo I used strong tape to secure it. This annoyed me a little as the extra weight interfered with the bag's rebound and I assumed this would shorten the life of the spring, but I was willing to put up with this after reading that the bag wasn't very strong . That aside, I was still very happy with the work I got out of it. But then at round 70 (almost at the end of 6 workouts) the metal weld on the base came loose and if I hit it a few more times the metal bar would come loose from the base. I wish I could recommend this bag but 2.5 weeks for $250 is NOT worth it. If you decide to get it, just "knock" it with your gauntlets and use it to duck and dodge as it DOES NOT PROCEED with real hits.
