My new favorite toner
Moisturizes very well. My last few toners were more alcohol based and irritated my skin. Decided to switch to something more soothing. It does the trick and more. I sprayed directly onto my face and also applied with a cotton pad. Both are effective. I only use it as a tonic but you can definitely use it as a moisturizer throughout the day. My skin looks more radiant, calmer and hydrated.
